3 Account Registration & Security

When you register an account on HM77 Game, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your name, date of birth, contact details and a valid payment method. This information must remain current — if any of your details change, you are responsible for updating them promptly.

Account credentials are your responsibility. You must keep your username and password confidential and not share them with any other person. Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by the HM77 Game payments team as promptly as possible. Processing times vary by payment method. • Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are separate from your real money balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages for each game category are listed in the individual promotion terms.

8 Prohibited Activities

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Where an account is closed due to player breach of these Terms, any real money balance remaining may be withheld pending investigation. Bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified real money balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method after completion of any outstanding verification checks.

10 Intellectual Property
